The primary requirement on this type of CCR Platforming blower is controlling the thermal expansion and thermal transfer from the process into the housing and bearing. The impeller design needs to be able to handle transients in temperature at relatively high tip speeds.

Through our engineering expertise, exacting manufacturing processes, and our ability to use a variety of exotic materials that work in extreme conditions (Inconel^®, Incoloy^® and 316H), IB International delivered a fan that met the customer’s needs for reliable fan performance even in the face of gradations in temperature. Additionally, IBI was able to provide the in-house testing required to assure that all performance criteria was met before the fan shipped.
