The event was attended by over 50 guests, including local business representatives and members of the Cary-Grove Area Chamber of Commerce. Highlights of the day included the ceremonial ribbon-cutting, a local taco truck and an extensive tour of our newly updated 50,000-square-foot facility.

Driving Change at IB International

Under the visionary leadership of Carolena Brawn, our first female CEO, IB International is poised to integrate the deep-rooted expertise of Illinois Blower with fresh strategies and a renewed global outlook. “As we step into the future, our focus is clear,” Carolena shared, “We are dedicated to continuing our tradition of providing unmatched air and gas moving solutions while improving our operations and expanding our product offerings. We are excited to see what this next chapter brings for us.”

The ribbon-cutting ceremony also served as a platform to introduce significant additions to our team. Jeff Wright has joined us as the new Operations Manager, bringing with him a wealth of expertise that will streamline our production processes. This strategic addition aligns perfectly with our commitment to a customer-first approach and adapting swiftly to the evolving needs of the industries we serve.

Joining Jeff are several other valuable team members, including Brian Gustafson as Controller, Sara Engels as Administrative Assistant, LeAnne Kronforst as HR Coordinator, Caitlin Benkoski as Senior Engineer and Jason Lowry as Quality Manager. Each brings a unique set of skills that will contribute significantly to our workflow and mission.
